When I started this journey many years ago, I always knew I would be a Nurse Practitioner. After years of school, hard work, and many different job opportunities as a nurse, I knew it was time to pursue my dream. My journey to becoming a Nurse Practitioner has been challenging but rewarding. I have the confidence that I will be a competent and proficient Nurse Practitioner.
Educational and Professional Background
I currently hold a Baccalaureate degree in Nursing; However, knowing I would advance my career, I am now in the King University's FNP program. My education has not only enhanced my knowledge and skills but has improved my competence and professional development.
My professional background is vast. I have worked as an LPN in doctor's offices, urgent care, home health, and hospitals. As an RN, I have worked in home health, hospitals, and currently at a nursing home.
Professional Goals
By completing the FNP program, I will have the necessary ability, knowledge, and skill to be a successful and competent provider. I will have the ability to work effectively in various settings and will be able to enhance professional relationships with other healthcare professionals. I am confident that I will enquire for work within local companies in my community.
I look forward to serving my community and my future patients.
