Philosophy of Nursing Practice

I have always felt that nursing is centered around excellent patient care. Although my Philosophy is constantly evolving, I will always believe excellent patient care, empathy, and Evidence-Based practice is key to exemplary practice. I feel by collaboration with other healthcare professionals, colleagues, research, continuing education, and the grace of God, I will make my new role that of an outstanding Nurse Practitioner. 
The components of Advanced Practice Nursing are that of provider and mentor, the application of knowledge, and participation in continuing education, while maintaining the provision of the Code of Ethics.
Personal values that I illustrate in my nursing practice are, loyalty, humility, honesty, empathy, compassion, and devotion. I will provide the best care for my patients as their Primary Care Provider and will continue my commitment to preventative measures and healthcare outcomes.
My Philosophy of Nursing is to provide exemplary care to each of my patients with all the personal values I possess.
